There are no systems or procedures. The company claims to have them, but in the end the boss renders them nonexistent.
There is no year-end bonus and no holiday bonuses. The boss always says it is because the company has not made money yet and everyone needs to weather the difficulties together.
They are very fond of laying people off. At first, the boss and the boss’s wife like to pretend to be nice, but in the end, if they take a dislike to an employee, they lay them off arbitrarily. The marketing and planning department alone has laid off more than five people in succession.
They like to use their own people, such as their daughter and relatives and friends. They outsource a lot of work, and barely listen to suggestions from their own employees, only listening to their own people. If that is the case, the company might as well not hire outsiders.
