Complies with the Labor Standards Act.
1. The job duties are inconsistent with what was discussed in the interview and keep increasing, even deviating from the primary responsibilities.
2. The boss has a bad temper and gets extremely angry!!! There is an executive assistant by his side, but their work ability is very poor. Simply put, they only cause trouble for everyone.
3. The boss loves pretending to be generous and cares a lot about saving face, but is actually very stingy. He also often says, “It’s not like I care about this money…” The assistant nearby only chimes in and agrees.
4. He thinks the whole world should revolve around him; no matter how things go wrong, it is always someone else’s fault. He is extremely suspicious.
5. Documents have to be revised hundreds of times. Even when he clearly says something is fine and there are no problems, it becomes unacceptable again shortly afterward, and then has to be revised again and again the next day and the day after!!!
6. The executive assistant will call and bother employees who resigned a long time ago for no reason. Even though they have been by the boss’s side for several years, they often pretend not to know or understand anything.
7. The executive assistant is present at every meeting, but when asked about the meeting content the next day, they make a bunch of excuses and say they did not hear it. They even absurdly say, “Huh? I might have gone to the bathroom” or “I was getting water at the time…” This is the first time I have seen a supervisor this incompetent.
8. The boss often does not come into the office until close to noon, affecting everyone’s mealtimes and break times.
9. The employee turnover rate is extremely high.
10. I heard that the company changed its name to Yu Guo (御菓).
