Some branches are internally quite pleasant
But the new boss wants to disrupt that pleasant atmosphere
So the ship is about to sink
Recruiting is done under the name Taiwan Tianluo, but it is the same company as Zhonghua Language.
You can look at Zhonghua Language's page on Tianyancha:

The following is what I dreamed:
Whether you believe it is up to you.
#The ship is getting more and more holes and is about to sink
#If the boss is unhappy, there is no year-end bonus
#No special benefits
#The spring banquet may or may not be held depending on their mood; there are no major prizes
#Family business
#Dad was the dean and has retired; Mom is the president
#Son is the CEO (the current boss); the son's girlfriend is a manager, and her family members also work for the company
#For the current second generation, verbally abusing employees on a whim is an everyday occurrence
#There are not many employees, but the turnover rate is extremely high
#Few people stay for more than two years
#The number of HR and finance staff changes so often that it is counted by rounds
#Labor-management disputes occur from time to time
#If the boss does not like you, they will transfer you around
#Eventually, being transferred around means they are telling you to leave
#They ask you to sign a voluntary resignation letter before the end of the workday
#I have even heard of people being transferred from Kaohsiung to Taipei
#The stress of constant changes has brought HR staff to tears
#You may think the cram-school environment is simple, but it is actually extremely complicated
#They do not spend money or hire people but demand high quality
#A chaotic, unstable environment that leaves people constantly anxious
#A textbook example of a stereotypical Taiwanese exploitative boss-run company
The above is what I dreamed:
Whether you believe it is up to you.
