1. Every time, they ask everyone to test the app and website, which is always a huge waste of time because the suggestions are almost never implemented. So why waste our time?

The company only ever criticizes employees with poor performance, saying that their sales scripts are inadequate or questioning whether the assigned scripts were actually communicated to the vendors. They never examine why the company is losing to its competitors; they just live in their own world.
3. They only ever ask whether we agree with the company’s activities or principles. Many managers say they agree, but those of us below them can only roll our eyes.
4. Vendor allocation is extremely unfair. When employees leave, the vendors are almost always assigned to a specific few people, with no attempt to distribute them fairly among everyone, causing resentment and exclusion among colleagues.
5. They threaten employees all day long. If performance is poor, they do everything they can to torment you—in the end, they simply want you to resign voluntarily so the company can save on severance pay.
