Pros
The colleagues and supervisors are easy to get along with, and the company offers quite a lot of internal training courses. For new employees who have just entered the e-commerce industry, there is really a lot to learn.
Cons
Previously, the company required employees to attend training after work, which took up their personal time after working hours.
