1. The colleagues are great and kind, and everyone looks out for one another.
2. The work environment is great and very clean.
3. There is a smoking area.
1. The boss is extremely fierce. They intimidate and threaten former employees who ask for overtime pay, and even bring up their connections to organized crime.
2. Working hours are 9:30–19:30. They constantly emphasize that employees are responsible for completing their work, yet there is no overtime pay.
3. The company does not seem to have a legal department either. If a salesperson is sued due to a consumer dispute, they may have to fend for themselves.
4. An employment contract is not signed before starting work, and when the company deducts pay for leave, it does not do so proportionally.
5. After working hours, supervisors will require you to sign out on paper instead of using the biometric time clock normally used, seemingly in an attempt to circumvent regulations.
6. Everything stated above is factual, and there are colleagues who can verify it.
