Even if there are advantages, they’ve all been driven away by the people!
It’s understandable that the office is short-staffed and the workload is heavy, but unfortunately there’s a longtime employee with an extremely bad personality. Whenever there’s a problem, no matter what it is, the first thing she does is loudly question you—even when it has absolutely nothing to do with you! This happens all the time!
On top of that, she seems to be in a hurry all day long. Without even listening carefully, she immediately says that so-and-so made a mistake, and in the end it’s completely a case of talking past each other!
I know you’re busy and don’t have much time to train new employees, and I’m not asking you to just leave us on our own. But when we ask about something we haven’t learned yet, you respond by saying, “Why don’t you know how to do it yet?” Are you serious???
With such a bad attitude and constantly raising your voice, only an idiot would want to be your coworker!
