Colleagues are very calculating toward one another.
This company is extremely fond of firing people. Most notably, there is someone who was clearly just a salesperson, but because they had been there for a long time, the boss promoted them and put them in charge of maintenance, customer service, and sales support. They acted as if they were extremely important and developed a severe case of being overly self-important. Whenever anyone makes even a minor mistake, they are fined. With salaries this low, they can deduct money from us for any reason whenever they feel like it. This is highly inconsistent with the Labor Standards Act—hopefully they just don’t get caught. Their behavior is simply too much. They should also consider how many people have left since they arrived. Are you really a supervisor whom everyone trusts? I have no idea what standards the boss uses when hiring and promoting people. Everyone, please think twice before looking for a job here. Some of the higher-ups here also love to say things recklessly, and the boss is only willing to believe them. They do not empathize with us frontline employees either. As for the benefits, it is basically as if there were none.
