Convenient work location, and colleagues are easy to get along with.
1. You clock in when arriving at work but not when leaving—this is basically an indirect way of avoiding paying overtime.
2. If you are simply looking for a job, you can come. If you want to learn something, don't. The training is only half-hearted, and they have never properly taught anything.
3. The promotion system is incomplete, and there is no future.
4. You have a future if you build a good relationship with your supervisor.
5. The prearranged nature of the year-end party raffle is extremely obvious. The numbers have already been selected for you, and everything was predetermined from the beginning. If the raffle is supposed to be fair, why select the numbers for you in advance? The numbers should be assigned randomly instead of using numbered tickets bearing people's names.
6. The company only protects its own interests and does not protect employees' rights at all, exploiting employees to the fullest.
7. During the interview, they make the compensation and future prospects sound very good, but after actually starting work, you feel there is a significant discrepancy.
