The employee salary and benefits are pretty good.
There is a restaurant, an employee store, and overtime snacks.
The people in charge here are all Japanese... Most of them are very arrogant... except for the head of Manufacturing, who is actually quite nice.
Production Control is a real pain... The schedules keep changing... and we often have to work unexplained overtime.
The on-site shift leaders are all very serious... The turnover rate is extremely high... The on-site temporary workers are replaced roughly every three months.
People in the Technical Department have it easy... The supervisors are all very nice... They can often be found chatting and drinking beverages outside the employee store.
The people in Quality Control seem to be waiting for retirement... They all appear to sit at their desks spacing out... and some even play mobile games.
The Human Resources Department is very unstable... Many people come and go within a year... It is often unclear who to contact about business matters?! Then there is also a strange section manager... with an extremely bad attitude.
