The colleagues who joined at the same time were very nice. The head office provides meals in the staff cafeteria, and everyone changes into company slippers at work, which is quite comfortable.
There are far too few restrooms, so you often have to queue, and on top of that, you have to put up with colleagues complaining that you take too long in the restroom.
The department has major problems. Besides being understaffed, a pile of tasks is constantly dumped on newcomers.
Newcomers are even put in charge of training other newcomers, leaving everyone completely confused about the situation.
We work overtime until very late every day and don't even dare to leave. Overtime pay also has to be applied for; the supervisor won't provide it proactively.
Given the workload, the salary is low. Moreover, senior colleagues in the same department also scheme against one another and speak ill of each other.
