Pros
Most colleagues are smart, conscientious, and friendly.
If you are self-disciplined enough, you will do quite well.
The boss and managers are all very willing to communicate, as long as you have the right attitude.
Cons
Once your basic abilities are solid, there is a lot of room to发挥, but you may need to find your own direction, as there is no clear commander.
