1. Not much in the way of benefits.
2. The work environment is dirty and messy, with mosquitoes, flies, and ants around to bother you.
3. There is a lot of noise near the company: barking dogs, loud heavy machinery, and frequent trains passing by. It is impossible to rest properly at noon.
4. Poor systems and internal planning; work is inefficient.
5. During the interview, they said there were two days off every week, but in reality you have to work Saturdays. Overtime is semi-mandatory; if you refuse, your performance evaluation will get worse.
6. Because of internal inefficiency, you often have to work overtime, or sudden changes in instructions lead to overtime. Three hours of overtime is semi-mandatory (12-hour workdays, not including breaks); if you refuse, your performance evaluation will get worse.
