Workplace reviews and discussion: 大益國際物流有限公司

The colleagues are easy to get along with. Maybe it's because we're all around the same age, so there aren't many communication problems.

The boss is unrealistic and constantly daydreaming, believing their own ideas are brilliant and that they are always right. Other people's suggestions are treated as bullshit, and they simply won't listen. The company only wants to expand but won't properly address its internal problems; all it does is pursue business. They are completely unfamiliar with this industry and don't know how to do anything. Whenever something happens or goes wrong, they only look for the supervisors—it is always the supervisors' fault. They are extremely picky when hiring newcomers and only want to find the best and most outstanding talent. They personally spent a few days working there, so think carefully about their advice!
