Front-line supervisors arbitrarily schedule employees’ annual leave and force them to take time off, or arbitrarily ask employees to come in to work at short notice. They also notify employees of their scheduled days off and working hours by message only the night before. There is no complete scheduling system; often, there is barely any schedule at all. In addition, supervisors maliciously bully employees, making baseless claims that someone failed to do something properly or did not use something correctly. The work atmosphere is very poor… I hope the scheduling issue can be improved. I am not sure what the company regulations say about when schedules should be announced, but at other companies I worked for, the schedule was issued by the end of the previous month.
