You are highly capable, but if you come here to work, don't expect a raise. As long as you work yourself to death, people who can't do anything will instead sit back and collect high salaries. When you ask for a raise, they will use all kinds of reasons to reject you, and even say that the company hasn't treated you unfairly.

The company is very willing to dismiss employees arbitrarily, simply because they don't like you. As long as someone casually says a couple of negative things about you to the boss, they will ask someone to get rid of you. They completely believe one-sided stories from malicious people and don't give you a chance to defend yourself.

This company is old and has been around for a long time, yet it has no systems or procedures whatsoever. The boss does whatever they want and allows relatives and favorites to wreak havoc in the company. There are many people in the management hierarchy, but only a few are willing to truly take responsibility. It's bad enough that each department only looks after its own affairs; some managers or relatives and favorites even try to meddle in other departments' business. They never reflect on themselves, yet act as though they have a right to interfere in everything. They are not punctual themselves when arriving at or leaving work, yet they monitor attendance in other departments.

There are many departments that pass the buck. They don't follow procedures when handling matters and don't even carry out cross-departmental communication, because they simply pass everything off to another department. Yet when employees take leave, their designated substitutes are expected to provide cross-departmental support.

In short, if you want to come here to earn an ordinary salary while working yourself into exhaustion, to cultivate your mind, body, and spirit, or if you are already very good at currying favor with powerful people, this is a suitable place for you. If not, I advise everyone not to jump into this pit of fire!
