Some projects provide unlimited snacks, which is pretty nice.
The pantry has a microwave and a food steamer.
1. Dongxing Road is a food desert; there’s really nothing good to eat.
2. Overtime is routinely encouraged.
If you work overtime, your supervisor will think that you’re serious, ambitious, hardworking, and diligent. For example: A can finish their work and leave promptly at six, while still meeting their performance targets. B, however, has to work until nine or ten to finish the required workload. B will receive a much larger bonus than A (a lot larger) XDDD. The whole thing is completely illogical.
3. It’s a company that’s very suitable for young people who are handsome or beautiful to come work on projects as customer service representatives. Just flatter the supervisor a few times and suck up to them constantly, and they’ll love you.
4. If you make a mistake, just apologize over and over again, and everything will be fine ^_^
