There really aren't any; some colleagues are easy to get along with.
The newly appointed chairman wants to innovate the brand but does not understand the B2C market. Every week, they also invite a consultant who claims to have retired from China GlaxoSmithKline to listen to strange theories. Moreover, things change every week: if the consultant says to go with Amway, they go with Amway, and the sales targets are adjusted at any time. They completely fail to understand that product promotion should be divided according to the seasons. The agreed-upon salary actually requires adding the perfect-attendance bonus to reach the stated amount. Senior management internally likes to use scolding to provide work guidance, with unprofessional people giving instructions. In conclusion: as long as this company can push responsibility onto people below them, or onto vendors, everything is fine. Not a single person in senior management takes responsibility; those who could have done so have all left. From the chairman down to the vice president's assistant, everyone is accustomed to passing the buck and does not trust professionalism.
