The newly appointed chairman wants to innovate the brand but does not understand the B2C market. Every week, they also invite a consultant who claims to have retired from Quaker China to listen to strange ideas. Moreover, things change every week: if the consultant says to go with Amway, they go with Amway, and the sales targets are adjusted anytime, anywhere. They completely do not understand that product promotion should be divided according to the seasons. The salary that was agreed upon actually only reaches the promised amount after adding the perfect-attendance bonus. Senior management internally likes to use scolding to give work guidance, with unprofessional people providing direction.

Conclusion: As long as this company can push responsibility onto those below, everything is fine; it can also push responsibility onto vendors. Not one person in senior management will take responsibility. Those who could bear it have all left. From the chairman to the vice president's assistant, everyone is accustomed to shifting blame and does not believe in professional expertise.
