I have currently been assigned to Nan Shan Life Insurance’s RICH19 building in Taichung for one month, and I am utterly shocked. The actual job duties and working hours are completely different from what was described over the phone. They did not even mention that I would have to work overtime on holidays. Ms. Chen from Global Human Resources also had a very unpleasant tone at the time.

As an aside, I deeply feel that Nan Shan’s system is unbelievably terrible: everything has to be done manually, there is also pressure to meet quotas, and the pay is low. They are basically exploiting dispatched workers!!
