I think the thing about my unit that is most worth being upset about is that the people managing us have close relationships with senior executives. As a result, whenever something goes wrong with quality in the Quality Control Department, someone covers for them and nothing happens. In contrast, supervisors on the production floor are disciplined. I find this outrageous—the favoritism is so blatant that I feel ashamed to be part of this department.

A team with absolutely no sense of teamwork. There is virtually no work interaction or support among colleagues; everyone is selfish, including the supervisors. Whenever there is a work-related problem and we ask our supervisor for support, it ultimately goes nowhere, leaving us to fend for ourselves......

The company's internal management system is roughly divided into two factions (completely irreconcilable): one led by a certain senior executive, and the other by the plant manager.

How can such a disunited company make money?
