In the quality control department, when we propose ideas for improvement, senior management is willing to communicate.

The supervisor is too selfish. As a department leader, they constantly talk about mutual cooperation, but in practice allocate work in a self-serving way. Even when the workload is unevenly distributed, they say that we need to adapt to many aspects of the work rather than having the environment adapt to us. I only want to say that a good company and good work performance are created by the entire team; they cannot be achieved simply through a supervisor’s irresponsible delegation. Everyone in a company, or even each individual, should have empathy. When colleagues are working conscientiously, the work should be integrated and a balance should be found between employees’ feedback and the work processes.
