Pros
The boss runs things chaotically but has money.
Cons
The company forces everyone to work overtime without paying overtime, and shows very little respect for its designers. Its predecessor was Jialin Trading Company, and the working conditions were so demanding that even the mainland Chinese designers all left. In 2019, the company was reported to the Labor Bureau for failing to pay overtime.
