Extremely disrespectful to interviewees
a) The résumé clearly stated that I had no experience, yet after a 10-minute conversation, they asked about industry knowledge and said I was not qualified because I lacked industry experience.
b) They needed someone who could hit the ground running, yet they invited an inexperienced newcomer to interview.
c) They required SAP skills, yet told me that I had no experience and that they did not have time to train me.
Please respect interviewees! These questions could have been asked over the phone.
Don't make people spend time preparing materials and attending interviews for you,
only to reject them for a reason that was already stated on their résumé!
