If you’re good at clinging to powerful people and flattering them, and can pull off all kinds of disgusting bootlicking behavior toward supervisors and the boss, then this is a great place for you to wait out your retirement.
I’m worried that interviewees won’t be able to see this response.
There are too many shortcomings to list all at once.
My advice to interviewees who want transparent and fair promotion paths, compensation determined by professional ability, teamwork instead of cliques, and who don’t want to engage in degrading behavior just to flatter people, use their own paid leave to attend company trips, or receive “rewards” like a lapdog instead of actual bonuses:
Don’t waste your time coming here.
