1. I remember that someone in a fairly senior position personally came to talk.
This interview took place quite a while ago, but the first impression was so bad that I still wanted to leave a comment.
I arrived about fifteen minutes early (because the interview location was rather remote) and encountered their company's lunch break. After I explained the reason for my visit at the entrance, I was very rudely driven away by the security guard. He said harshly: “You made an appointment for one o’clock. Why are you here so early?”
Then I had to hide in my car and wait for fifteen minutes by myself. I wasn't even allowed to enter the lobby or a meeting room to wait. Perhaps every company has a different corporate culture, but the security guard's poor attitude left an extremely bad impression.
1. The initial salary offer was fairly decent. However, when the manager discussed the business, as well as their requirements or expectations for employees, it felt somewhat like empty talk. In the end, I was completely put off by the security guard's attitude. Personally, I feel that if even the company's front-facing personnel are like this, the people inside are probably much the same. I received a verbal offer from the manager, but afterward HR never contacted me with any updates, nor did they send an offer letter or anything similar, so I concluded that it was probably just empty talk.
