采妍國際股份有限公司
Pros

'曾經' 遇到很好的主管跟組員

(但就也是曾經 畢竟好的人都被弄走了)

Cons

1. Turnover is extremely high; from time to time, you’ll feel as though you’ve joined an entirely new company.

2. Everyone comes to work on the first day after the holiday, but only those who arrive earlier than the boss get a New Year’s red envelope. ^^

3. Don’t expect anything from company trips. Going to work is definitely more enjoyable than being tricked into riding a bicycle.

4. They’re very good at painting grand visions and setting extremely high targets, only to tell you that you didn’t meet them. So when it comes to all kinds of bonuses, including the year-end bonus, just take it as something to listen to~

5. Don’t worry if you’re not capable enough! As long as you’re thick-skinned enough, good enough at ingratiating yourself, and good enough at pretending to be pitiful, you’re guaranteed to win the boss’s favor!!!!

6. It’s basically an animal-friendly environment: rats occasionally come out to keep you company, and the smell of their bodies is unforgettable.

7. Remember to cherish the days you get to work with good colleagues and good managers. After all, you never know when your team will be dismantled and your colleagues dismissed one by one.

8. It’s best to leave written evidence of everything at work, lest you end up carrying the blame and cleaning up the mess—guaranteed to give you back pain.

9. You need an exceptional ability to recognize lies. There are only tall tales and lies here—no truth.

10. No raise is normal here. The money all goes to consultants who only know how to talk; no matter how much you do, you’ll never outshine the grand claims the bosses love to hear.

If you have a strong appetite for challenges and money to spare, I believe this will be a job that challenges your limits and definitely pushes you beyond them.
