Pros
The colleagues are very easy to get along with, and the supervisor is also very helpful.
Cons
You work overtime to death, and no one can leave work on time.
Basically, you have to gauge the boss’s mood to get things done. You might do well today and still get harshly scolded tomorrow; emotional control is not particularly good.
