The year-end bonus is quite good; generally, you can receive the equivalent of 3–4 months’ salary. However, because the base salary is not high, the actual amount is not particularly impressive.

I feel that the company lacks a proper system. Although they say that meetings are held for discussion, in reality, the general manager’s opinion is the main deciding factor.

Moreover, later on they hired a plant manager from Innolux. He is quite capable in business matters, but his management behind the scenes is disorganized. He also brought in his own people, making his personal bias quite obvious.
