Personally, I think the company’s benefits are pretty good. The boss’s wife is genuinely very good to the colleagues (after work, there’s food to eat and drinks to have).

How is the person who says the boss’s wife is really awful supposed to be understood?

If you haven’t done your own work properly, then being chewed out is only fair, isn’t it? Otherwise, why would the company have hired you?

Sometimes certain employees really go too far and get scolded, but apart from that, the boss’s wife really is a good person.
