Pros
1. You can learn the duties of both a tour manager and a tour leader at the same time.
2. Leading tours is a lot of fun.
Cons
1. Exhausting.
2. Getting chewed out by veterans (tour managers and tour leaders).
3. Later on, you may be required to become a tour leader, and your pay will be changed to a daily wage.
