It is unclear whether you previously experienced something at the company that you felt was unfair, or whether your own personality led to you being ostracized more often.
Simply using former employees as examples, not to mention the most basic drinks, when the boss lady had a birthday, someone even went out of their way to bring her a cake. Someone even bought roast chicken from Xinhua to treat the company. Could someone who is difficult to get along with receive such treatment? There is probably no need to continue wasting words with you about how the company treats people and handles matters.
To put it bluntly, if someone keeps challenging the company’s limits and does not understand the need to respect one another, how well do you think they can be treated? All I can say is: those who are pitiful must have something hateful about them.
Several employees once resigned and tried working elsewhere for a while. Later, they themselves asked to come back to work. If the company were really as terrible as you say, why would they make that choice?
Regarding the maintenance project you mentioned, the company asked Mr. Liang to be responsible for it. Because there was a shortage of manpower at the time, we even hired additional staff specifically to help him. No one could have anticipated that he would lead employees in slacking off and playing games.
(I wonder whether “you” were also the employee who slacked off with Master Liang at the time and happily collected your salary.)
Because the company mistakenly trusted certain employees, it suffered subsequent losses. In reality, the company never held this against you. The company had to spend an additional year completing the projects he had not finished, and asked him to leave five years ago. I do not know what you mean by “skillfully avoiding the issue.” Is it defamation, or were you instructed by another supplier?
Stop acting like a keyboard warrior. Since you brought up a political figure, we will also borrow Mayor “Han” ’s words: How pitiful!
You mentioned that employees were being ostracized. I wonder whether “you” were the person who said everyone was ostracizing you, when in fact you simply disliked everyone and ostracized them yourself? There was once an employee who would throw tools and car doors whenever he was unhappy—in short, he threw whatever was available. Didn’t every employee have to deal with him with love and tolerance? Do you think the other employees felt little work pressure when working with him? That kind of person, huh, does not know how to self-reflect and only criticizes the people and things around him. How pitiful!
Stop bringing up the “friends-and-family group.” It is ridiculous just to look at. The previous replies came from employees. Your own self-esteem must have completely collapsed, right? Please stop constantly editing your post and deleting the comments.
No one is disrespecting your statement. We replied very seriously. However, we still have to ask you to understand the facts before speaking. Only malicious attacks will make people regard you as an uncultured person!
“Cultivation combines knowledge, ability, and attitude; it is the ability to continuously learn and change oneself.”
I hope you can properly understand the meaning of this passage. I would also like to recommend a book, *A Book for Improving Cultivation and Surviving*. Let us encourage one another.
The statements above do not represent the company’s position.
Too often uses the wrong people.
The company’s excessive love and tolerance have caused it to become a pushover.
