There are benefits such as project bonuses, health checkups, and welfare funds. After completing one year, employees are eligible for travel subsidies, education and training subsidies, and other benefits.
It is worth mentioning that the chairs at this company are Herman Miller Aeron 2.0 chairs, which is a considerable benefit for people who work long hours.
The company operates under a responsibility-based work system, so overtime sometimes occurs. Personally, I consider it to be within an acceptable range.
