1. Overtime pay has improved. In the department I’m currently in, my supervisor reviews overtime requests normally and also reminds me to remember to apply for overtime (because it must be applied for on the same day). I’m not sure whether overtime can be applied for in other departments.

2. The new supervisors are all fairly easy to communicate with, and they are more flexible when handling matters. If I report that too much work has been assigned, they help redistribute it or even step in to assist themselves. If I mention that there isn’t enough time to prepare materials for a meeting, they can also adjust the meeting time.

1. Working hours end at 17:00, but overtime still does not start counting until 17:30, and you must work at least one full hour to apply for it.

2. Supervisors at the managerial level seem to still be working even when they are on leave. Occasionally, I still receive messages on holidays, but it is not as excessive as before—about two or three messages per month!
