All colleagues are very easy to get along with.
Everything must be approved by the executive assistant. The rules are unclear, and work is done according to the assistant's mood. When the company is short-staffed, full-time employees are asked to stay on as part-time workers rather than work overtime. There is basically no overtime. There are some gray areas; restaurant shifts can last up to 15 hours. Once you are targeted by the assistant, you will basically be singled out continuously. The customer is always right, and customer complaints basically require you to write a letter of repentance.
