Small company. You can learn many things because there aren’t enough people, so you’ll be pushed to learn and do everything.
The production equipment is being updated gradually, but none of it is the latest model in the industry.
You just keep doing the same work over and over. When a machine breaks down, you’re also expected to repair the equipment yourself.
Only when you can’t fix it yourself can you ask the vendor to come and repair it. The main product is the sensor in ear thermometers.
Other products are gradually being added.
The new management team will ask you to borrow money to buy the company’s unlisted shares (for management-level employees).
They’ll ask you to sign a consent form allowing the company to manage the shares centrally (so you can’t sell them).
It effectively ties up your investment in the company.
I don’t recommend this company for fresh graduates.
If you’re just here to bide your time, then it doesn’t really matter... But if you have ideals and ambitions, you should think twice.
