Compared with other small companies, if you want stable bonuses for the three major holidays and a stable life, AUO is a company where you can just get by day by day (though it seems there have also been layoffs recently).
An inefficient work system, as well as highly inefficient meetings every day. Everyone there is looking for stability, so there is not much innovation and the work is quite boring. If you're unlucky, you may also encounter a manager who spends all day scolding people. Sometimes there are also strange, inefficient rules (for example, everyone has to stay in the cleanroom for a fixed number of hours, and so on...).
