During my first week at work, I was hired as a technician, but no one at the factory taught me anything or paid any attention to me. They just assigned me miscellaneous tasks, such as falsifying data and removing glue from cans.

In the second week, they said that my performance during the observation period was not good and transferred me to an operator position. They then said that I might have the opportunity to return to a technician position in the future. After I accepted the operator job, they said after just three days that I could not keep up with the factory’s pace and that I was no longer needed. By the Friday of the second week, they gave me a resignation form and told me to fill it out.

I had to pay for my own medical examination for this job and also spent time opening a bank account. In less than half a month, they transferred me to another position and then dismissed me.

When my salary is calculated hourly, it comes to less than 130 per hour.
