Performance is poor, and benefits continue to shrink. There are no bonuses and no overtime pay. Overtime is severe, lasting until at least eight or nine o’clock. The product quality and the company’s operating processes are not very well developed. New employees who realize the situation is not right also leave early. Think carefully before joining.
