Do you want to stay at a company that becomes harder to leave the longer you stay? YouBike is a good choice. At the same time, you can become disconnected from your own family and society, watch those in the right positions use every means possible to climb over others, and learn to be a loser who gets taken advantage of day after day.
The company is always trying to find every possible excuse to take advantage of the maintenance and repair staff.
Besides taking advantage of supervisors’ time, it even uses performance bonuses as a tool for internal conflict.
At the same time, it continually raises the various KPI thresholds to the point where they are difficult to meet.
Apart from holiday and typhoon-day duty, there is no overtime pay at all; it does not even comply with the contract terms it established itself.
