The colleagues are nice
The company is a complete mess internally. There is no project manager, and the boss doesn't think one is necessary either, so you have no idea what's going on every day at work.
For example, when the boss says to ask a certain colleague for details about what needs to be done that day, the colleague says the materials haven't arrived yet, so there's no need to do it.
The division of responsibilities is chaotic. The positions people applied for originally are different from what they actually end up doing.
However, the boss will say that all of this is perfectly normal and that misunderstandings like this just happen!
87% of the time, they expect you to be a jack-of-all-trades!
They will also ask you to spend time doing completely meaningless things.
On your very first day, you'll be added to many different groups, and your phone will keep buzzing nonstop—even on weekends.
You will have to work overtime here~ And the turnover rate is extremely high.
