There are far too many. The management is simply failing when it comes to business operations and management. They have no idea what is going on internally, or which people can or cannot be relied upon—it's absolutely ridiculous.

Even though consultants strongly recommended transforming the business, they simply refused to listen and continued making products that lose money.

I heard there is actually no year-end bonus, yet during the interview they even claimed there was one. It's outrageous—they essentially lured people in under false pretenses.

There have been multiple instances of unpaid leave, as well as layoffs.

In short, I strongly, strongly do not recommend this company. Please think very carefully before joining.
