No advantages

The customer service department is controlled by a Malaysian person. No matter how diligently you work or how high your performance is, this company will not give you a one-month year-end bonus. Working so hard yet not even receiving one month’s bonus is quite pathetic, isn’t it?

The senior management only knows how to hold meetings and is not constructive. Perhaps booking meeting rooms and holding meetings is their performance.
