I worked there many years ago. Out of curiosity, I looked it up and discovered that nothing has changed? We used to think it was suffering; now we just tell the stories as jokes.

．Constant overtime, with no private life. The most private time you get is the very limited time for showering, eating, and sleeping (sometimes when busy with events, you cannot even shower, sleep, or eat at all ^^)

．Senior colleagues look like the walking dead; their bodies have already been worn down. To meet deadlines, they simply do not go home and instead sleep at the company, unwashed and disheveled.

．The boss is a lecturer and very good at brainwashing people, telling you that enduring such hardships is all for creating a better artistic environment, and that passing down the great local culture is our mission.

．There are too many stories to list. If I kept going, I think I could write a whole book.

Let’s cut straight to the conclusion: For this kind of company to still stand firm after so many years, there must really be... countless fresh livers lining up behind an exploitative old boss!!....

Oh, I forgot to mention: “After working here, you’ll never have to fear going to hell again.” That counts as a benefit too, haha.
