You can practice English with foreigners.

1. The boss has an incredibly bad temper.

2. The boss does whatever they want.

3. Peanuts for the lions (the pay is terrible).

4. The management is seriously problematic. The assignments communicated from the top and the instructions passed down are completely inconsistent.

5. They have absolutely no respect for professional expertise. Even if your job isn’t marketing or recruitment, they still make you find people to boost performance.

6. In my opinion, the problem lies entirely with the boss. The people below have no opportunity or authority to make decisions or offer suggestions.
