If you have strong abilities, there is a lot of room and a stage to showcase them, but in return you will be worked to the bone.

1. Every Tuesday after work, employees have to stay for a study group. In reality, it is a brainwashing session: they provide an inspirational article, draw lots for someone to go onstage and share their thoughts, and finally the chairman gives a long, illogical speech.

2. Every day, employees must write a work journal, including (1) what they did each hour, (2) their future work goals, and (3) their reflections on their work. After completing it, they must post it in a Line group that includes the chairman so that he can check every employee's work status daily.

3. Attendance at the study group is included in the basis for calculating performance bonuses (they say participation is voluntary, but it is actually mandatory).

4. Even after work and during holidays, there is an endless barrage of messages in the Line group. Whenever something is posted, everyone has to reply below to report that they have read it. The chairman frequently posts messages or articles in the group, requiring everyone to read them and report once they have finished reading.

5. Company culture: flattery and sycophancy. As a result, although the coworkers are of average ability, they are all exceptionally skilled at ingratiating themselves and currying favor.

6. Employees' work responsibilities may suddenly be reassigned without warning and without any room for discussion.

7. The company's operating situation is poor and it has suffered consecutive losses. It is currently surviving solely on agency fees and royalties collected from overseas agents.
