1. The environment is pretty good

1. It feels like I was brought in to answer questions they encountered and share some of my experiences and ideas..................
2. The person who was actually supposed to interview me had never seen my résumé, and the interview ended up lasting much longer than originally scheduled
3. Even after the interview, I still didn't know who the actual manager or lead was
