Did not join the company.
Cons
Although I did not join the company, the HR team's lack of care was evident.
Day 1: Received an invitation to submit a résumé.
Day 2: Took the time to carefully submit my résumé.
Day 3: Was notified that my professional background was not suitable for the position.
Then, on Day 4: Received another invitation to submit a résumé.
The HR team's actions left a very poor impression.
