Pros
The company’s salary increase this year exceeded the requirements of the Labor Standards Act, which was truly wonderful! I hope the company performs even better this year so that salaries can be increased every year in the future!
Cons
The landlord is not very easy to get along with. I hope we can move to a larger factory and get away from the bad landlord.
