The system is clearly terrible and suppresses employees, yet the company still wants a good reputation and forbids employees from sharing their work experiences online—what is that about? On PTT, there may be company-dispatched trolls posing as critics or supporters, including here. You can identify them when they say the company is not that bad but cannot clearly explain its strengths, or when their statements are incoherent and irrelevant. The company treats employees as disposable chopsticks: there are always job openings, and the same positions keep recurring endlessly. That tells you there is a problem. Don’t waste your life!
